Getting the most out of it
→ Reflect works best when you use it regularly. Two to three times per week keeps your thinking fresh and builds continuity between sessions. You can set a Nudge in the app to help you build the habit.
→ Once you’ve reflected, you can send what’s surfaced directly to Plan so your session preparation is already done.
→ Have a look in your archive file to pick up on previous conversations.
